I came to the Flipside 6 years ago as a ride for my wife, completely uninterested in Jesus and Christianity in general. I was overwhelmed by the acceptance I felt by the staff and the members knowing full well my intentions were not to convert. Rather than writing me off, they walked alongside me and allowed the Holy Spirit to do His work in me , instead trying to force me into something I wasn't ready for. I was able to attend and participate in anything I chose to do, and was able to move at my own pace. The love and commitment I felt from the people who attended and the staff led me to be baptized 5 years ago and I am now proud to call the Flipside home.
